No. AssureFam is a service that connects you with licensed insurance advisors who can review options and help you enroll. We're not a carrier and not a government website.

2) How does the process work?

Share a few basics (ZIP, DOB, income), then choose to talk to an advisor now or schedule a callback. An advisor licensed in your state explains options and, if you decide to enroll, assists with the application.

3) Do I have to buy anything?

No. Talking with an advisor is free and there's no obligation to enroll.

4) How do advisors get paid?

If you choose a plan, the advisor may receive a commission from the insurer. You don't pay extra for using AssureFam.

5) Will you sell my information?

We treat your data carefully. We use it to connect you with licensed advisors and improve our service. Where required, we provide a “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” option and honor browser GPC (Global Privacy Control) signals.

6) Why do you need my ZIP, DOB, and income?

Health plan availability and pricing depend on location, household, and eligibility factors. These basics help us surface relevant options quickly. Optional fields like email can help with follow-ups.

7) Are calls or texts automated?

With your permission, we (or a licensed advisor) may contact you by phone or text to help with your request. You'll see clear consent language before submitting. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

8) What if I'm on the Do Not Call list?

If you provide your number and consent, outreach related to your request is allowed. We also maintain internal suppression lists and honor opt-outs.

9) Do you serve my state?

We aim to help nationwide, but we'll connect you only to advisors licensed in your state. If we don't yet have coverage where you live, we'll let you know and offer alternatives.

10) How soon can I speak with someone?

11) Is my information secure?
